Frequently Asked Questions

Navigate to the Contacts page and click the 'Add Contact' button. Fill in the required information like name, email, and company. You can also import contacts from CSV files or sync from your email provider.

Go to the Pipeline page where you can drag and drop deals between different stages. Each stage represents a step in your sales process. You can also bulk move deals or set up automation rules.

Visit the Email Automation page to create email sequences. You can set triggers based on contact behavior, deal stages, or time delays. Use our template library or create custom emails.

In Pipeline settings, you can add, remove, or reorder pipeline stages. Set probability percentages and automation rules for each stage to match your sales process.

In Security settings, enable 2FA and scan the QR code with your authenticator app. You can also set up SMS backup and recovery codes for additional security.
